an operation is implemented at an alternate site

in the case that your site experiences a disaster.

allows your agents to log in to our system from
our location or any location of your choice based
on the design. In this manner, you remain operational
during the disaster and have immediate access
to capacity once your agents are available to
re-join the operation.
